Duplicate and edit a template

Start from a library template

1. Open Checklist Studio.
2. In Organisation library, find the template you want. You can search or filter by project type.
3. Select Duplicate to my templates to save a copy that you can change, or select Use as starting point to build a new template based on it.
4. Change the sections and questions as you need, then select Save template.

Library templates are maintained by your administrators and cannot be edited directly. Your copy is yours to edit.

Change or copy one of your own templates

1. In Your templates, find the template.
2. Select Edit to change it, or Duplicate to make a copy and change the copy.
3. Select Save template.

What happens next: the template appears under Your templates and is offered when you start an inspection.
