Update your profile and verify your email

Change your name, photo and contact details, and verify your email address so you can use all features.

Select the account menu at the top right, then My Profile.

Update your details

To change your photo, select the camera icon on your profile picture.
Update your First Name, Last Name, Email Address or Phone Number.
Select Save Changes. To leave without saving, select Cancel.

Verify your email

If your email is not verified, a message at the top of the page asks you to verify it. You need a verified email to use the dashboard and all features.

Under Account Status, check Email Status. It shows Pending Verification until you verify.
Select Verify Email Address. KaelSite sends a secure link to your email.
Open the email and select the link within 2 hours, before it expires.
If the link has expired, select Verify Email Address again to get a new one.

Your account details

The Account Details section shows your username, role, subscription, the date you joined and your last login. Phone Status shows whether your phone number is verified.
