YOUR TEAM, ONE PLACE
Your Whole Team, on the Same Page with One Construction App
KaelSite is a construction app that puts site managers, foremen, site admins, supervisors, TWC, TWS and subcontractors on one live project. Share a unique code to add anyone, and the project owner decides who sees what. Each person’s records stay their own and can’t be deleted by others, not even the owner, so every record can be trusted. It is designed to be the easiest way to manage risk and support your BS 5975 and CDM 2015 responsibilities
Bring in everyone with a share in the job
Supervisors, Coordinators, Foremen, Site Managers, subcontractors and more. Share a unique code and they’re in. The project owner decides who can see what, and everything stays live and shared from day one. What each person records stays theirs, so nobody else can delete it, not even the owner. Every record can be trusted.
- Add anyone to your project with a unique code
- The owner decides who sees what
- Everyone’s records stay their own, and can’t be deleted by others
- One live set of records for the whole team
One code, and your team is in.
Why one shared project matters on a construction site
Most problems on site come from information that sits in the wrong place: a diary in the foreman’s van, a report on the site manager’s laptop, a defect in a text message nobody can find. KaelSite is designed to be the easiest construction app for keeping everyone on one live record, so the person who needs to know can see it, and the person who recorded it is the person who owns it.
For managing risk, that is the difference between “we think it was done” and “here is the record, who made it and when”. It also supports the working practices behind BS 5975 and the duties in CDM 2015, where clear responsibility and a reliable paper trail matter.
How each role uses KaelSite to work as a team
Site managers
You own the project, so you decide who joins and what they can see. Create the project, share the code and your team is in. From then on you have one live view of site diaries, reports and inspections without chasing anyone for updates.
Foremen and supervisors
Join with a code and record what you see: your daily log, your inspections, your findings. What you record stays yours, so your name stays on your work and nobody can quietly change it afterwards. That protects you as much as the project.
Site admins
Keep the project organised without becoming a bottleneck. Because everyone records in the same place, reports, invoices and records are easier to find, check and hand over. Permissions set by the owner keep sensitive items in the right hands.
Temporary works coordinators (TWC) and supervisors (TWS)
Bring your temporary works team into the same project as the rest of the site. A TWC can see the full picture, and a TWS can record what happens on the ground. Each person’s entries stay their own, which gives a clear and trusted trail of who checked what and when.
Subcontractors and specialist trades
Subcontractors and external people can join a project too, and only by receiving the unique code. The owner controls what they can see, so you can work with outside teams without handing over the whole job.
Solo contractors and small firms
Working alone today and hiring tomorrow? Start with a single project, then add your first labourer or subcontractor with a code. You get the structure of a larger contractor without a big IT department.
How to bring your team into a KaelSite project
- Create your project with its name, dates and description.
- Share your unique code with the supervisor, coordinator, foreman, site manager or subcontractor.
- Set permissions so each person sees what they need, such as site diary, reports or invoices.
- Work from one live record from day one.
- Trust the trail. Every entry stays with the person who made it.
