KaelSite for Android: get Kael, your AI assistant, on Google Play

Get the KaelSite app on your Android phone or tablet and take Kael, the KaelSite AI assistant, with you on site. This article shows you how to download KaelSite from Google Play, sign in and ask Kael your first question.

Kael on your Android phone or tablet The KaelSite app for Android brings Kael, your AI assistant for construction, to your phone or tablet. Ask Kael how to do something in KaelSite, have a construction topic explained, or check your project information, wherever you are working.

How to get KaelSite on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
  2. Search for KaelSite.
  3. Check the app is published by Finodax, then tap Install.
  4. Open the app when it has installed.

 

Prefer a shortcut? Sign in to the KaelSite panel, open Mobile Devices from your account menu, and scan the Android QR code with your phone. It takes you straight to the app on Google Play. The same page shows the current store link. Or you can get KaelSite mobile app on Google Play Store directly. 

Sign in and ask Kael

  1. Open the KaelSite app and sign in with your KaelSite account, or create an account.
  2. Open Kael, the AI assistant chat.
  3. Ask your question or describe what you need.

Not sure what to ask? Try:

  • "How do I add an inspection?"
  • "Explain what a method statement is."
  • "How many work items are on my current project?"

Keep the app up to date Open Google Play and check for updates now and then, or switch on automatic updates for KaelSite, so you always have the latest version of the app and Kael.

What if I can't find the app? Use the QR code or store link on the Mobile Devices page in the KaelSite panel. It always points to the current Android app.

Good to know

  • Kael needs a data or Wi-Fi connection.
  • Reports are drafted in the web panel, which you can open in your phone's browser. See Draft a report with Kael].
  • To remove a device from your account, open Mobile Devices in the panel and choose Disconnect, or sign out in the app.
