Writing a report from scratch takes time. The Kael AI assistant drafts it for you, using your project information, your confirmed analysis findings and your compliance checks. You start with a full draft instead of an empty page.

How to draft a report with Kael If AI-drafted reports are available on your account, you will see an AI-drafted report button where you create reports. There are two ways to start:

From the report button

1. Click AI-drafted report. KaelSite opens the report editor.
2. A box appears asking "What should this report cover?" Describe the report you need: the period, what to focus on, and anything to include or leave out. For example: "Weekly summary of inspections this week, highlight open issues and any safety concerns."
3. Click Draft report.
4. Kael, the AI assistant, gathers what it needs and writes the draft straight into the editor. You'll see a progress indicator while Kael works.

From the chat Ask Kael to draft a report, for example: "Draft a report for this inspection." Mention the word "report" so Kael knows that is what you want.

The more specific you are about the period and focus, the closer the first draft will be to what you need.

What goes into the draft

• Your project and inspection details
• Findings you have already reviewed and confirmed
• Compliance checks, with their supporting references

Findings you haven't confirmed yet are left out, so your report only includes what you have approved.

Edit with Kael, your way Want to change something? Select the text in the editor and click the robot button. Tell Kael what you want, such as "make this clearer" or "shorten this paragraph". The Kael AI assistant rewrites just that selection, using the same information it already gathered.

You publish, every time Kael writes the draft. You review it, edit it and decide when it is ready. Publishing is always your choice, so the report that goes out is yours. KaelSite keeps track of which reports were drafted with AI and whether they were edited afterwards.
