Spot compliance gaps earlier

Checking paperwork and site photos against a rule can be slow. The Kael AI assistant gives you a fast first look so you can see where to focus.

How a compliance check works

  1. Tell Kael which rule you want to check against, such as a regulation, standard or your own requirement.
  2. Tell Kael which documents or photos to check. If you don't say, Kael AI helps you choose.
  3. Kael checks them and gives you a result.

You can also ask Kael to check findings from an earlier analysis.

Clear, honest outcomes Kael gives one of three outcomes:

  • Appears to comply
  • Does not appear to comply
  • Can't tell

Kael is careful. It only says a document appears to comply or not when it can point to the relevant regulation passages it found. Without that support, Kael AI says it can't tell and explains that a person needs to look.

What to check Kael can check documents and photos. It does not check voice notes.

Advisory only, always A Kael compliance check is advice, not a verdict. It is not a certificate or a sign-off, and it does not replace a competent person. Use it to find issues sooner and to prepare for a proper review.

Example requests

  • "Check this method statement against our requirements for working at height."
  • "Do these photos show the guard rails meeting the rule I named?"
  • "Check the findings from yesterday's analysis against this standard."
