From a pile of files to clear findings Site photos, inspection documents and voice notes hold a lot of useful information, but reading through them takes time. The Kael AI assistant does the heavy lifting. It reads your files, extracts what matters, compares across items and proposes findings for you to review.

You choose what gets analysed Kael only analyses what you pick:

  1. Ask Kael to analyse your files, or name exactly which ones.
  2. If you don't name them, Kael AI proposes a numbered list of candidates.
  3. You reply with the items you want, and even the specific pages of a long PDF.
  4. Kael analyses just those.

What you get

  • Structured findings pulled from photos, documents and voice notes.
  • A confidence level on each finding, so you can see how sure Kael is.
  • Comparisons across items, such as spotting differences between photos or documents.
  • Suggested flags where something may be relevant to compliance, always as a suggestion for you to look at.

You review every finding Kael AI saves its findings as pending, ready for your review. A finding is only confirmed when you say so. You can also have Kael log a confirmed finding as an issue, so it goes straight into your normal workflow. Confirmed findings are kept, so they can feed into your reports later.

What Kael doesn't do Kael's analysis is there to support you. The Kael AI assistant never makes a regulatory decision. It flags what might matter and leaves the judgement to you and to a qualified person.
