Cancel your subscription
Cancel your KaelSite subscription through Stripe's billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, after which your projects are frozen.

- Select the account menu at the top right, then Manage Subscription, or go to
auth/subscription/. - Under Payment security, select Manage payment methods in Stripe. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal.
- In the billing portal, cancel your subscription.
What happens
- Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
- Once that period ends, you have no active plan, and all your projects are frozen.
Good to know: cancelling does not delete your account or your data. If you want to use KaelSite again later, go to Manage Subscription and choose a plan.
