Manage your mobile devices

Get the KaelSite mobile app, see which devices are connected to your account, and disconnect ones you no longer use.

  1. Select the account menu at the top right, then My Profile, and select Mobile Devices. You can also reach it from Settings.
  2. At the top, check Connected devices. It shows how many devices you have connected against how many your subscription plan allows.

Get the mobile app

  1. Under Get the mobile app, scan the QR code for your device, or select Open Google Play for Android or Open App Store for iOS.
  2. Install the app and sign in with your account.

Manage a connected device

Each connected device shows its model, operating system, when it was registered and when it was last updated, along with its status.

  1. To remove a device, select Disconnect next to it.

Good to know: signing out normally from the mobile app also disconnects the device, and it disappears from this list on its own.

If you reach your device limit: a message tells you the limit has been reached. Disconnect a device you no longer use, or select Manage subscription to upgrade your plan for more devices.
