Workspace settings overview

Find your account and workspace settings from the top right menu: checklists, profile, calendar connections, subscription and billing, and linked mobile devices.

Open the menu

Select your account menu at the top right of the page.
The menu has these options:
- Checklist Studio: build and manage your checklist templates.
- Settings: open the workspace settings page.
- My Profile: update your profile.
- Manage Subscription: manage your plan and billing.
- Help Centre: get help articles.
- Logout: sign out.

Workspace settings

Select Settings to see everything in one place:

Checklist Studio: build and maintain your own reusable checklists. Library templates from your organisation appear alongside your own.
Profile & account: update your name, photo and sign-in details.
Calendar integrations: connect Google, Microsoft or other calendars so your reminders sync securely.
Subscription & billing: upgrade or downgrade your plan, update payment details and review billing.
Mobile devices: see the phones and tablets linked to your account and disconnect devices you no longer use.
