Checklist Studio overview

Open Checklist Studio from the account menu at the top right, or from Settings.

What you see

• Organisation library: templates maintained by your administrators. They are filtered by project type when you start an inspection.
• Your templates: templates you created or copied. Only you can edit them. They appear next to the library templates when you run an inspection.

Every template has a version, such as v1.0. Inspections always remember which version of a template they used.

What you can do

• Select New custom template to build a template from scratch.
• Select Start inspection to begin an inspection, or Inspection list to see your inspections.
• Search by project type, inspection type or checklist name, or filter by project type.
• On a library template, select Duplicate to my templates or Use as starting point.
• On one of your templates, select Edit, Duplicate or Archive.
