Written guide

Open a project to see everything about it on one page.

Project counters

At the top of the page, four numbers give you a quick status:

  • Team Members: how many people are working on this project
  • Work Items: the total number of work items
  • Active WI: how many of those work items are currently active
  • Days Active: how long the project has been running. A positive number is the number of days it has been active. A negative number means the project has not started yet, because its start date is still ahead.

Quick Actions

The Quick Actions panel is where you do most of your work on the project:

  • Add Work Item/Task and View All Works Items/Tasks
  • Log Issue at project level
  • Log Communication and Communication Timeline
  • Project Diary and Notes
  • Project Reports
  • Manage Team
  • Delete Project

Each action has its own help article.

Documents, work items, team and location

  • In Project Documents, add documents that belong to the project.
  • Recent work items shows the latest work items in the project.
  • Under Quick Actions you can see the names of your team members and the site location.
